01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

Access to jp168 and all associated gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times while maintaining an active Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform. jp168 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all services.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of jp168 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on jp168 or any related platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional gambling operation when placing wagers on jp168.

03 Account Registration

To access jp168's gaming services, you are required to register a single personal Account. The registration process and your ongoing obligations regarding Account management are as follows:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of registration or subsequent account updates.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on jp168. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. jp168 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to void all balances and winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Member's Account. jp168 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jp168 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jp168 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment methods linked to your Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jp168 may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal requests.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on jp168 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp168 supports deposits via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. jp168 does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individuals — are strictly prohibited. jp168 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours, subject to bank operating hours and payment provider availability.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally processed faster than bank transfers and are available 24 hours a day.
• jp168 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jp168 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, terrorist financing, and any other financial crime. We reserve the right to freeze Account balances, suspend withdrawal processing, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited on the Platform are derived from unlawful activity. Depositing funds without any genuine intention to wager them — commonly referred to as "account churning" — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jp168 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific Bonus Terms applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific Bonus Terms for a promotion, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by jp168:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members who have completed the minimum deposit requirement specified in the relevant Bonus Terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 30x) before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not satisfied the wagering requirement within this period will be forfeited without compensation.
• jp168 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a Member from a promotion at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any other conduct that jp168 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• No-deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers carry their own specific terms and wagering conditions that take precedence over these general bonus rules.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jp168 — including live casino tables, sportsbook markets, slot games, and instant-win products — are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. The following general gameplay provisions apply across all jp168 products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game apparatus operated by trained dealers. jp168 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jp168 system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member, except where the specific game rules expressly permit in-play amendment (e.g., cash-out on sportsbook wagers).
• jp168 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors on sportsbook markets, game malfunction, or incorrect odds resulting from a data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
• Sportsbook wagers are governed by the sporting event rules in effect at the time the event was scheduled to take place. Results declared by the relevant sporting body are final for settlement purposes.

07 Responsible Gaming

jp168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among our Members. In accordance with this commitment, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no cost and without requiring prior approval:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that you be excluded from all jp168 services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp168 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, the voiding of all associated balances and winnings, and may result in the relevant matter being referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on jp168.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, or mechanical device to gain an advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Attempting to circumvent jp168's security, fraud detection, or KYC verification systems.
• Accessing jp168 from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation method.
• Engaging in any conduct that jp168, acting reasonably, determines to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the Platform, its staff, or its other Members.

09 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the jp168 Platform — including but not limited to the jp168 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall structure and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jp168 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jp168 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jp168 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of jp168.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp168 excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform and its services. In particular:

• jp168 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jp168 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jp168 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• jp168's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jp168's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

jp168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where jp168 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is occurring.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to jp168, its other Members, or its payment processors.

Where an Account is closed by jp168 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including real money deposits net of wagers placed — may be forfeited at jp168's discretion, depending on the severity and nature of the breach.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting jp168's support team. Upon Account closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

12 Amendments

jp168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — jp168 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the jp168 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 above. 13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp168 holds its operating licence. For the avoidance of doubt, jp168 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform and does not make any representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Members who access jp168 from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. jp168 makes no warranty that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
